Update to previous review – situation has worsened
After several days of chasing, my parcel is still undelivered. SpeedX repeatedly marked deliveries as “no access,” despite clear instructions, working intercom access, and me being home at the time. Customer support closed multiple tickets without acknowledgement and could not provide an ETA.
The most concerning incident happened today. I received a phone call from a SpeedX driver claiming she had my parcel but couldn’t access the building. I gave instructions and rushed home to avoid yet another failed delivery, only to find the parcel left was for another resident in my building, not me. There was no parcel addressed to me at all.
When I contacted the driver again, she confirmed she did not have my parcel and that she had been given my phone number by a colleague to call if access was an issue. This raises serious concerns about SpeedX’s internal processes and handling of personal information. I do not understand how my phone number could be used in connection with someone else’s delivery.
At this point, this is no longer just a delay, it is a complete breakdown in logistics, communication, and data handling. I would strongly caution anyone against using SpeedX where reliability or accountability matters.
