These reviews ain't lying. and now temu are using them which they shouldn't even exist as a company if I'm being honest. My apartment is the easiest to find literally simple as can be and they didn't even attempt a delivery claiming they did and they said my address is not accurate which NOBODY ever had an issue other then them. a couple people maybe just a couple thru the years had a hard time but temu I never had an issue with until speed x came along. they need to be shut down because that driver NEVER ATTEMPTED to deliver my package I guarantee they just drove right past like other peoples stuff some matter. but the same people would complain if it happen to them. now they haven't even tried to fix the issue, they have no customer representative to speak to online or on the phone
all they have is a A.I Bot who is worthless. they keep saying update my address...my address doesn't need updated they need to do their job. it's disgusting I had a feeling the reviews would be bad but they should be put out of business for this because some people look forward to the packages they order and sometimes need it when they ORDER IT.
