I am extremely disappointed with my experience with SpeedX.
My package was marked as delivered, but it was NOT delivered to the correct address. The Proof of Delivery (POD) photos provided do not match the actual warehouse location.
I personally contacted the warehouse owner and asked them to check and recheck the premises. They thoroughly inspected the location and confirmed that the package was never received. After reviewing the POD photos, the owner also confirmed that the layout shown in the pictures does not match their warehouse. The photos show a rack positioned in the middle of the space, but the warehouse only has racks along the wall sides there is no rack in the middle. This clearly shows the delivery was made somewhere else.
I also tried contacting SpeedX directly multiple times but received no response. No explanation, no investigation, no support.
It is very concerning to see so many similar negative reviews here describing the same issue packages marked as delivered but never actually received.
This situation has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience. A delivery company should take responsibility and properly investigate when clear evidence is provided.
I hope SpeedX improves its customer service and delivery verification process, because right now I cannot recommend this company at all.
