I have been a value customer for awhile. No problems paying them back what so ever. I needed to reloan, waited the seven days. I reloaned as an existing customer for almost a year or so. Received emails back that they cannot approve my application at this time try again in 30days with no explanation why. Impossible to get through by phone. I don't know what happened to this company but they were good at first and now they are not reliable at all. Maybe they changed management. There are better payday loan companies online.
