Can't get in contact with the customer support. I have an active loan and they wont let me pay it. Nobody is reaching g out to me on how to pay it due to me not being near a store it's super difficult. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Unprofessional and scammy

The worst company to deal with. They won’t contact you to go over your application, you get to call them (chase for that loan) and IF somebody answers, they will hang up mid conversation as your trying to get them to help navigate their poorly designed website.I was told the application has to be redone because the debit card and banking info dosent match even though THEIR WEBSITE gets all the info 🤦🏽‍♀️ I then redid my application by 9:30am and at 2pm still have heard nothing from themI would never refer this company to someone who truly has an emergency and needs funds quickly because quick is not in their vocabulary

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Told me I was approved then never let me finalize the loan and I sent many messages and no one got back to me. I phoned a few of the phone numbers I found and no one answered those either. I've never experienced such poor service in my life.

Banking verification.

The banking verification process is the worst part of the application. It takes more than 30 minutes to complete and is very frustrating. Other lenders use services like Flinks, which are much faster and more efficient. This long verification process makes the overall experience inconvenient and needs improvement.

No response from my email requests

I have used speedy cash twice. Nothing speedy about it. You call to talk to a rep, like Cashco, voicemail is all you get. I paid my loan off, sent them an email to get confirmation from them that the loan payment was received, nothing! Crickets! No response. Not good customer service!

They ruined a great experience

Based solely on my recent experience. I applied online on Sunday at 7am. No response or communication. At 1pm I emailed customer service. Zero response. Their system or someone emailed me at 1230am Monday telling me to resubmit/apply. Im not a new client. Ive used this service multiple times. There have been hiccups before. This was just a new level of bad service.
