Worked with them for 2 and a half years now without any issues but ever since they changed their system two months ago, they suck. They don’t answer phone calls, voicemails or emails. It’s ridiculous! in the past I could do a partial payment when needed and add it to the end of the loan and they would reply to my email promptly and now they don’t even reply. It’s terrible. It’s terrible customer service esp when I’m a good customer who always pays, is respectful and doesn’t swear, and yet they still suck
