I’ve been a customer of yours for 5+ years, and have had zero issues until this past few weeks. The new and improved system you’ve instituted is terrible, and from what I can glean from the customer service reps in your stores this is very common. 2 weeks ago I understood the learning curve and technological issues but this continues to happen, and I’m now incurring NSF fees as by this point my loan has already renewed and been deposited. I’m definitely not the only person who’s done with your company unless this gets fixed.
