The website is trash and the customer service is non existant. I've been trying for 3 days to get a payday loan with no avail. I've emailed them 3 times today and called many more to finalize the loan but no one ever replies or answers the phone. The stupid website won't work. Everytime I press 'sign contract' it foes nothing. Very dissatisfied
