I've been waiting over 10 hours to finalize my loan. The website when I click sign contract doesn't confirm anything it just reloads the same page over and over. I've wiped my browser history, cleared cache, used different browser, used desktop mode and nothing happens. I call and email and NOT ONE SINGLE RESPONSE. I'm extremely disappointed and Angry and not only that, nobody picks up the number they say to call. To add on to that I live in ontario so I can't go to a physical branch. I was approved and only had to sign the contract just for 12 hours later to say i was declined. Because they couldn't see my income passed April 4 when can provide my income still. The customer service wasn't rude but they weren't helpful in resolving the website issue. If it was working properly I would of already had the agreement signed. It's like they took all my info wasted all my time and then switched up on me.
