I put in an application on the 3rd of September, recieved one email back asking for credentials sent them still waited a whole day to receive an email at 10 at night telling me they couldn't get to my file and to re-sign. I did that and now I'm waiting another whole day as it's the 5 they advertise that they are quick same day . I have sent a couple emails hoping for a response and nothing..
