Speedy Cash online is anything but speedy. I’ve been trying to get a loan for over two weeks, and the process has been a frustrating cycle of being asked for the same documents repeatedly. They claim that someone will call to confirm your information — that never happened. I tried calling them multiple times, both in the morning and afternoon, but all I got was a “we’re closed” message.The customer service is atrocious. The staff are rude, the emails are poorly written and unprofessional, and the entire operation feels completely mismanaged. The online dashboard shows documents to sign, but they won’t even load, making the whole system unreliable.Their website states that loans are processed within 30 minutes That’s a blatant lie. So after all that nonsense and wasted time I get email that my application was denied so I phoned waited 34minutes to talk to someone, some guy answered very rudely asked me some questions , then tells me my bank statements fraudulent. I’ve never even had a parking ticket. I would never do something so ridiculously stupid. I just needed some funds to pay for my cancer meds but instead be classified as a criminal . I couldn’t be more offended. So if you want to be classified as a criminal and have days to waste and endless patience, do yourself a favour and avoid Speedy Cash,
