I have had numerous loans without any problems from this company until today .....they charged me my regular bimonthly payment and a random $450 dollar payment!!!! I have rent due and can't pay it now and can't get service because I got the loan online. They don't have a direct line and their live chat bubble is non existent so email is the only way and I haven't had a response and it's a Friday they're closed weekends and apparently take 24 to 48 hours to respond. SERVICE NONE but STEALING YES
