I’ve taken a payday loan from them before through their website and paid back without any issue. However, when I recently tried to get a new payday loan from them still via their website, it never let me complete the final step that simply includes reviewing the loan application, electronically signing and then submitting it. The submit button wasn’t working. When I refreshed the page, I got logged out and I suddenly became unable to log back in even after clearing cache and cookies from my web browser. Their website no longer recognizes my email address whereas I was receiving automated communication from them regarding my pending/pre-approved payday loan application that their system doesn’t let me complete online. I’ve emailed them twice and left a voice message about it, but no support and I ended up receiving an automated email simply saying that they can’t give me the payday loan anymore and that I should reapply in 30 days. Meanwhile, my online access issue is still not resolved and I’m not sure how they’re expecting me to come back 30 days later. Fortunately, my back-up option (pay2day.ca) saved my day. I’ve seen other 1-star reviews raising issues similar to mine, so this is very alarming.
