I hired a garden tool via B and Q, which was delivered by Speedy Hire ( late). It was faulty. When I called the relevant customer service number, I was told that all the technical support were busy and someone would call me back. They never did- I called 3 times. I was told all technicians were busy. So I guess my call and issue was of the lowest priority!I told them to collect the tool. It wasn’t used as faulty so I wanted it collected and get refunded. This was meant to happen on Monday. It’s still sitting by my front door, Tuesday night. Horrible service! DO NOT HIRE from B & Q, it comes from Speedy Hire. Both Speedy Hire and B&Q are at fault.
