I received a product that clearly indicated it needed refrigeration on the packaging, but it had been in transport without proper cooling for several days. I've requested a refund, but the customer service has been poor, as many others have mentioned. A representative claimed they have sold this item without refrigeration for years and that it’s acceptable. They informed me that I wouldn’t receive a refund, but I could return the item at my own expense.
