Avoid ordering from here. It should receive zero stars. I received a product that clearly indicated it needed refrigeration on the packaging, but it had been in transport without proper cooling for several days. I've requested a refund, but the customer service has been poor, as many others have mentioned. A representative claimed they have sold this item without refrigeration for years and that it’s acceptable. They informed me that I wouldn’t receive a refund, but I could return the item at my own expense.

A representative mentioned they've sold this item without proper cooling for years and insisted I wouldn't receive a refund, although I could use my return option, which requires me to cover the shipping costs.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery and delightful cured meats. They also offer some excellent Dutch cheeses. As a single-person household, I would order more frequently if I had more people to share with.
