Extra parts and missing parts. No instructions for one part that I ordered. Found some videos on YouTube, but the item wasn't the same, so I did a lot of guessing. Other part that I ordered also had extra parts. This part had extremely vague and unhelpful instructions. Video instructions didn't even have the same parts. Saw reviews where install took others 2-5 hours, the same was mentioned in the videos. It took almost 18 hours because of missing or unclear directions, as well as, extra, missing, and different parts. If I could have stopped install halfway through, I would have removed the parts and sent them back, it was an absolute nightmare, but I was past the return window, and needed my truck the next day.
What I think was the mounting bracket to hold new coolant line, and the transmission dipstick in an EGR delete is extremely flimsy. One of the block off plates has a hole in the middle of it, assuming its for an EGT probe, but there's nothing to plug it with if you aren't installing one. The heating element in the intake manifold seems cheaply made, and I'm concerned it will eventually break.
Not a chance I would ever consider purchasing from this website again.
Only positive, the Truck is running with no check engine lights as of now, so I guess the parts work.
