had one of the most frustrating experiences with SpiceJet. My flight SG 442 (PNR: HHB4VN) from Varanasi to Ahmedabad was delayed due to "operational reasons," and even after such inconvenience, the SpiceJet counter at the airport was not open.Passengers were left completely helpless, with no staff, no guidance, and no proper communication. For an airline that claims to care about its customers, this level of irresponsibility and mismanagement is unacceptable.If a flight is delayed, at least have your team present to assist passengers — that’s the minimum expectation. SpiceJet seriously needs to rethink its customer service and operational reliability.Extremely disappointed. Never expected such poor coordination from a national carrier.
