Steer clear of this fraudulent operation. I submitted a payout request on 13/11/25, and after several discussions with the support team about my funds, they decided to close my account without any reason. I also didn’t receive any email or communication from them. This is the worst scam I’ve ever encountered, and I can't understand how they are allowed to operate in the EU!
