I would like to file a formal complaint regarding what happened to my trading account.
My account had a balance of €25,000, with a clearly stated maximum daily loss limit of €1,000. However, my account was closed after a loss of only €400, which is well within the permitted limit. At the time of closure, I had open trades that were still active. These trades had strong potential to recover the loss and possibly generate significant profit, which could have allowed me to continue or even complete the challenge successfully.
Without any prior warning or valid explanation, my account was closed and my open trades were terminated. Afterward, the account was reopened, but my progress was completely reset to the initial balance of €25,000, as if I had to start the challenge again from the beginning. This effectively erased all my previous effort, trading decisions, and risk management.
What is most concerning is that when I contacted support to request clarification, I did not receive a clear or satisfactory explanation for why my account was closed despite not violating the daily loss rule. This lack of transparency is extremely troubling.
From a trader’s perspective, this situation is highly unfair. A trader may work diligently, follow all rules, and get close to completing a challenge, only to have the account closed unexpectedly and then reset without justification. Such actions create serious doubts about the reliability and fairness of the platform.
I respectfully request a detailed explanation of the reason behind the account closure, including which specific rule was allegedly violated, along with a review of my case.
I'd like to share my experience.
I made a profit of about +9.7% (~$9,700). I'll point out right away that I don't recommend repeating such a return, as the risk was high.
Some time later, I received an email stating that one of my trades was open for only two minutes and was classified as scalping, which is considered a violation of the rules. Therefore, I was offered a payout of only 50% of the amount.
It's important to clarify that this trade was not opened with the intention of making money, but solely because of their mandatory activity rule: if there are no trades for 14 days, the account can be closed.
The lot size was minimal—0.01—and the position closed at -$1.
We discussed this issue for about two weeks. Essentially, the trade was unprofitable; the volume was minimal, and there was no real scalping.
In the end, to save time and stress, I agreed to a 50% payout and closed the case.
The funds arrived today.
Of course, I would have liked more understanding from the company, considering it was a single position, and I explained in detail why it was open for such a short period. But what is, is.
I am very dissatisfied with the service's handling of my withdrawal request, which was rejected without valid justification. My request for 5000 EUR was denied, and my account was reset. The company claimed I violated the '2% Risk Rule,' but their explanations keep shifting. Initially, the risk department mistakenly identified certain days as violations based on daily profit, but when I clarified that the rule pertains to risk per trade, they altered their stance and cited a violation on 11/27/2025. It’s crucial to mention that my account was reset on November 27 at 14:46:48, and I continued trading without any violations until December 11, increasing my balance to 13,444 EUR. Withdrawing funds and refusing to honor a successful trade contradicts the company’s own terms. I insist that my Ticket ID: 10OSDN be reviewed immediately, that the withdrawal of funds #21349405 be approved, and that my earned profit be credited back to my account. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend this service. For those interested, I have a fully documented letter along with screenshots and a screencast.
I requested a payout of approximately $400, and suddenly, the status on my account changed to 'IP conflict – more information via email.' However, I have yet to receive any email clarifying what this 'IP conflict' entails. I only have one account, trade solely from my personal internet connection, and have never utilized a VPN or any shared network. I also made the purchase directly through a payment method, which clearly verifies that the transaction was made from my personal device using my credentials. To facilitate the verification process for them, I provided all requested account information, including my account ID and pertinent details, to allow for a swift and clear review. Despite this, my payout remains blocked. I have reached out to their support numerous times via email and messaging, but have received no reply — not even a basic acknowledgment. The platform states that more information would be sent via email, yet I have not received anything. It is very troubling for a company to withhold a payout based on something as unclear as an 'IP conflict' without providing any proof, explanation, or assistance. At the very least, a reputable firm should offer: • the specific IP address that is allegedly conflicting, • the date and time of the reported issue, • and the policy section that justifies withholding a payout for this reason. Instead, I am left without transparency, communication, or resolution. This leads to a highly negative experience and raises significant concerns about the management of payouts. I am still awaiting a clear explanation and the processing of my payout.
Stay away from this fraudulent service. No response after the interview, and there has been no payout since June 2025. They mentioned halting services and waiting for the resolution of pending payouts and refunds to traders from Vietnam by the end of November. However, there has been no progress to date. I suspect they are out of funds and preparing to close down. Avoid making any purchases from them and be cautious with your money!
Stay away!!! Most positive reviews were written before the rule changes in September. They introduced new consistency rules that make payouts highly unlikely. Furthermore, these changes were applied RETROSPECTIVELY to a product I purchased months ago, and they refuse to provide a refund despite significantly lowering my chances of payout. Additionally, I have to calculate my own score using their formula because they conveniently implemented new rules without proper display on the dashboard. This follows numerous issues with platform migration, such as server hang-ups and being unable to close trades for hours. The level of unprofessionalism is simply astounding.
Hello everyone, here’s my updated review. After about a month and a half of waiting, I finally received my payout. The main issue during this process was the long wait, which definitely made me anxious. However, aside from the delay, I didn’t encounter any other problems. There were no accusations of rule violations, strange requirements, or unnecessary obstacles. The payout was eventually approved, albeit late, but without further questions or complications. The company didn’t ignore my inquiries; while responses were slightly delayed, they did reply. Eventually, a specialist stepped in and assisted in resolving the payout issue. Although it took about an extra week compared to the total waiting period, it wasn't a major concern. Overall, I’m pleased that the payment arrived and I appreciate the support team’s efforts. My only suggestion would be to reduce the long delays and enhance processing times. Nonetheless, I didn’t face any issues. I'm giving it 4 stars due to the delays, but I remain satisfied and see no reason to lower my rating since I didn’t experience issues with refusals or rule violations.
