Hi, I wasnt too pleased with the look of my necklace. to me it just didnt look real and didnt look as good as it did online. i tried to return it for a refund but found that you all dont do refunds, only store credit. that is not helpful to me if there is nothing else in the store that i want. i think you all should look into changing that policy. im sure you dont have that many returns so it wouldnt hurt business much but it would make some happy customers, that is who you do it for right. thanks for your time.
