I am absolutely dissatisfied with this company. I had high hopes that this chain would fill the void left by my stolen real gold and silver jewelry at exorbitant prices. It was my only affordable option, so I decided to get it as one of my Secret Santa gifts. I was excited to open it in front of my entire family, but to my dismay, it has an orange-like color tone, not gold-toned, as pictured below.

I even purchased a small piece to test the quality, and it was a beautiful angel for my wife, who is battling a terminal disease. She absolutely loves it. However, I must express my extreme disappointment with the company’s return policy. They have one of the worst in the business, and the customer service is completely unhelpful. They don’t want you to return anything, and if you do, it’s at your own expense. They don’t even provide return labels.

I strongly advise against purchasing the yellow gold jewelry. It doesn’t match any other products in their collection, and it’s significantly off unless there’s a defect in the piece. The white gold jewelry, on the other hand, was fantastic. I wish they would exchange the orange piece for the white gold or offer store credit.
