So a whole week after i ordered, I got an mail from Gloria/Customer Service saying that one of the products (GROWBAG11) in the sets I bought are not available because of produktion delay.
Then they offered me to wait 1 month for thoes GROWBAGS11 & some 'Spiderpoints' worth $5 as compensation. This is already outrages enough!
But the shitshow gets even better:
After waiting the doubled amount of days for delivery, as said as on spider famer website, turns out I have to send it back because I can't use anything because of the missing parts (GROWBAGS11) they actually never ever delivered to me.
So I sent everything back.
Only to wait another 6 weeks (we are now in week 6 and I still havent gotten my money back).
Today I asked whats the problme with my refund-money.
And dearest Gloria from Customer Servicer told me, they can't sent the money back because the GROWBGAS11 are still missing.
OF COURSE ARE THE THOSE GROWBAGS11 MISSING IN MY RETURN PACKAGE; IF YOU HAVE NEVER EVER SENT THEM TO ME DEAR GLORIA FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
