We placed two orders for lamps in December and a third one in early February. It is now March, and we have received only one shipment out of the three.
For the first two orders we were promised delivery within 25 days. For the third order the promised timeframe was 15–20 days. It is now obvious that these timelines were deliberately underestimated just to secure the sale.
Communication has also been extremely disappointing. The sales representative either ignores our messages or replies very rarely. And when they do reply, they avoid giving any clear answers and respond with vague, deflecting statements instead of providing a specific shipping timeline.
At this point we have no clear information about when the remaining orders will actually be delivered. This level of service and communication is unacceptable for a business transaction.
