I ordered a Balmaccan coat from Spier and Mackay, not knowing that whether it was the incorrect size. I emailed the company just in case and Deanna from their service team responded promptly and helped me to find the correct size in garment. Deanna was patient, kind and contactable during our exchange of emails. As the garment would be coming from the USA to Australia, it was important to have the sizing correct from the get go to avoid a lengthy and costly return.
