Update: Tracking received for UPS on Business Day 13 (actual day 18, Oct 7th) after UPS has package in NJ. Customer Service contacted multiple times including manager confirming it was sent to US on Oct 1st. To be fair, customer service is taking a hit in reviews for the incompetence of warehouse/logistics staff that apparently don't use technology like basic barcoding or track fulfillment KPI's. Case study in failure to modernize in a world built on delivery.Insanely slow processing/shipping process. Over 2 weeks after order and still no shipment tracking. Will likely not arrive before wedding. Customer service was no help as days ago they said it should ship and tracking will be sent. Didn’t happen. Beyond frustrated
