My account has been blocked and no one from the Spike Team is getting back to me to rectify the situation. It has been over a month that I have not been able to use my account which I still have 1 year membership already paid for. This is unacceptable. Previously (sometime at the end of last year) I had another incident where I got kicked out of my account and had to pay again to get reactivated. This took so much time out of my schedule to communicate with the Spike Team about the situation until eventually it got sorted out. It is extremely frustrating not being able to access your emails in one place.
