The worst customer support experience. I was having trouble with the speed at which spike was processing my emails (it was too slow). I wrote to customer support, and they told me to delete the app and reinstall it.Upon reinstalling the app, it wanted me to resubscribe to spike. I sent spike customer support a screenshot of my receipt with all of the documentation and ID numbers. they were unable to locate my paid subscription. They offered me a 10% discount on a new subscription. I had just subscribed four months ago. I paid $120 for one year of spike.I was surprised that there wasn’t a restore button to restore my subscription package within spike. this is standard for most applications that are sold through the Apple App Store.I do not recommend spike because their customer service is horrible. And they don’t have the features and functionality to restore a subscription. If you are just using it for one email address, I suppose it would be OK. But if you were having spike check multiple email addresses, as I was because I bought the highest tiered package, I do not recommend this email program, it is too slow and they have the worst customer support.
