Hi my husband and I only go when Jose or Ray are working. More on Sunday morning so we see Jose more. He is very polite,helpful and always greet you. He is always cleaning so the place is nice. The lady after him does not even say good bye or have a nice day when u say it to her. She just ignores u. All I see her do is on her phone. Not a pleasant person. We love going there.
Made withdrawal 31 Jan 26. Account then apparently had to be verified again. Portal rejected proof of e-wallet to which various previous withdrawals was paid. I was told not to worry about this and that I just need to wait ( around 48 hours) for financial team to review documents. It been 4 days not and still no resolve.
