I always had issue with cigar shops like cigarsinternational, jrcigar, thomspson cigar and others. They always ship too late, cigars always dried. However, this is my second order from this company, and for my second order they actually called me and asked if it is me placed the order for security purposes. I appreciate that and guy on the phone got the confirmation from me and said i will immediately ship your order. they have shipped my order within 24 hours without me paying any extra. the cigars they ship always in great condition ready to smoke, and they actually put little humid pack in my cigars which clearly shows they really care about you unlike other trash cigar shops.

My Daughter ordered cigars for her Dad before Christmas. It's Jan.11th. The photo of the receipt she sent us has no order date, no order number and no tracking number, no shipper info... Her Dad still has no cigars. How does this make sense?I think she got ripped off!I do not recommend using this company.... EVER!
I placed an order (13505795 ) with CigarPlace for several items, but there have been ongoing issues with the delivery that still haven’t been fully resolved after several weeks. The staff were very responsive and courteous before and during the purchase, but communication became limited once the order ran into problems.I will be continuing to share my experience so other customers can make informed decisions, and I truly hope the company takes the right steps to resolve this soon. I’d be happy to update my review once the situation is properly addressed.
Been ordering from them for years but I’m done. Paid for priority shipping and order did not come till 3 days after estimated delivery date. Not only was the box smashed but customer service did not refund shipping or offer an other kind of compensation. There are plenty of other online cigar shops who actually care about their customers.
They ship cigar boxes in mailers in my 10 years of cigar ordering I have never seen a company ship cigar boxes in mailers! My box came in damaged and not pristine. I would prefer paying the extra 30$ at other sites to get a well maintained box with no damage.
I have been purchasing from CigarPlace for several years. Never had a problem.Recently they are shipping USPS (free) instead of UPS (free). That adds about 4 days to the delivery time as UPS is usually next day, and the package sits at the Stuart USPS facility for a few days added time to the delivery cyscle
