Having owned the boiler for three years, I maintained it regularly. Unfortunately, a plastic part broke, and despite providing all the information, I was told that internal components aren't sold, and I would need to buy a new boiler. It's disappointing to invest in an expensive product that fails so soon, particularly when the company doesn't offer spare parts for repairs. Many businesses should follow right to repair laws, but some do not.

This tap is not only stylish but also functions well. We did experience a minor leak from the filter tap, but a replacement valve was sent promptly with clear instructions, resolving the issue. The communication was excellent and the assistance was friendly.
After moving into our home with the system already installed, we encountered a problem for the first time. Contacting the company led to a remarkably quick resolution, and the support team was incredibly helpful! When we faced another minor issue, the representative was fantastic, sending everything we needed within days. Truly outstanding customer service from a wonderful team.
The aftercare service is exceptional and should be a model for others. We had a problem with our hot tap, and the representative went above and beyond to assist us. They listened carefully to our concerns and guided us to identify the faulty unit. Even out of warranty, they arranged a replacement that included necessary components at a reasonable cost, providing clear installation instructions. It’s rare to find such dedicated support these days. Truly commendable.
It was quite a journey, but the representative from the technical support team was determined to resolve my issue before the holiday. After a few miscommunications regarding the tap type, they asked for photos, leading to the correct parts being sent quickly. I appreciated the excellent after-sales service and am grateful for their help.
