They will not pay out and when you try and talk to customer service they will not even talk to you or they will just delete your messages and never respond to you I was trying to cash out only 28 dollars they can't even cash that out they say it takes 3 days Iam on day 9 and they won't answer any of my messages total garbage don't wait your money or time they are the trashys casino I've ever dealt with I wouldn't even give them 1 star total garbage!!!!!
Update they still haven't done anything to sort out the issues with their site and wrote a scripted response to my review As stated I have contacted support on numerous occasions to just get given the same rubbish response ( your matter has been escalated to the relevant department )There is a technical issue with the achievements bonus in their site I have contacted live support and email support over 15 times and they just keep saying they will look into it and nothing happens Don't waste your time and money here guys plenty of other trustworthy casinos out there.
