Scammers BEWARE!!! i signed up with Spinanga a while ago and had been somewhat happy with my experience. I am now appalled at the way in which a company can conduct itself and treat its customers. To cut it short, everytime you make a deposit you earn coins. When you have enough you can purchase free games or you can buy items in a collection and once you compelte a collection there is a reward for you in the form of free credits. I used months of coins and was able to purchase a collection and was quite excited about it. Until I realised nothing was actually going to come of it. I contacted customer service for weeks multiple times and was always given the same run around they are looking into it and it will be sorted out soon. The chats would always abruptly end, and then when i would email about it it would take sometimes a week to recieve a response. I finally saw that they were only wasting my time and would purposely end chats and just give me the same answer everytime. I then did some searching and was gutted to see that there were lots of people who were having the exact same issue and Spinanga had deliberately been deceiving customers and not paying out the rewards. Insult to injury was the fact that they would jsut continue laughing in our faces but giving the same b**lshit lies about it being with the relevant department and it would be fixed up soon. Its now been about 4months and they dont even bother responding to my emails, if i try to chat online it always ends abruptly after wasting 10-15mins of my time, ive even written one of my last emails asking them why they would continue to offer players rewards for purchasing entire collections if they had no intent on actioning it and why they were wasting both theirs and others time and resources when they could easily just take it down and advise that its no longer available..........never have i ever experienced such childish antics, one would expect this fkn maybe a marketstall holder not an actual company with customers all over the world. Just goes to show how illegitimate it all is, so save yourself the time and nerves and just go elsewhere!!!
I’ve been enjoying Cash of Gods! I keep hitting wild combos with good wins. The 3D graphics are nice, and the game looks great. I had a verification issue, but customer support helped me out. I’m looking forward to trying more games soon.
Spinanga is a serious casino. I had a small issue with my account, and their support team was super quick to help me out. It’s rare to find good customer service in online casinos these days, so this really stood out to me. Besides that, everything works as it should! A+
Played live blackjack on spinanga and when i won the hand the money didn't fo to my balance. Basically I didn't get paid the winning hand. Contacted live support 1+ month ago and they have been saying the same generic stuff that the relevant department is working on my case.(LMAO yeah 1 month working on it as if it's some kind of scientific experiment). Idk if I'm ever gonna get the money. Scammers....won't play again on that site or any other sites that are run by them.
Absolutely the worst, rudest and most antisocial service I have ever experienced! In my opinion, they are scammers because I haven't received my money or bonuses for months. Support does nothing and never replies by email. The wait was pointless! Do yourself a favor and ban this bad casino!
I’ve had some bad experiences with online casinos before, so I’m always careful. Simple as that. But Spinanga has been nothing but great for me. Their games actually feel fair, and I’ve had some nice wins. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
I withdrew about $100 about 8 months ago, after a couple of weeks i sent them a email where they said they would take care of it and issue me my money. After i asked for an update about my withdrawal a month after the previous mail, they ghosted me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.
