Terrible customer service. Not only does there technology perform poorly with multiple in-game reboots, but their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered for over a week and waiting for live chat support is a total waste of time. Wait in the line for an hour only to have no one join the chat. I have never experienced such poor service levels from a gaming site.
