Terrible customer service. Not only does there technology perform poorly with multiple in-game reboots, but their customer service is non-existent. Emails go unanswered for over a week and waiting for live chat support is a total waste of time. Wait in the line for an hour only to have no one join the chat. I have never experienced such poor service levels from a gaming site.

Steer clear of this platform. It's affiliated with a regulatory body that seems to be among the most corrupt in the online gaming industry. Look for alternatives that aren't linked to this organization. If you notice their logo at the bottom of the page, it's best to move on. You won't recover your net expenditure here. I've had some wins, but overall I've lost a significant amount. On other platforms, I either break even or come out slightly ahead. Additionally, the promised instant payouts are misleading; e-transfers can still take several days, even for long-time players. This site is a disappointment. I’ve stuck around hoping to even out my funds, but it seems unlikely given the circumstances.
If I could give it a lower rating, I would. I’ve been with the service for 4-5 years and it was great, but in the last 6 months, it has completely deteriorated. It's frustrating that the service sends a payout withdrawal receipt before the funds are visible in my account. It doesn't add up. They take my deposit immediately, yet I have to wait 3-7 business days for my withdrawal. How is that reasonable?
