Very disappointing experience.A spindle revision that started with a quotation of around €8,000 ultimately ended up costing nearly €18,000. The significant cost increase only became clear after disassembly and lacked transparency.What was initially expected to take about two weeks ended up taking almost 12 weeks, resulting in substantial machine downtime and additional costs on my side.After reinstallation, multiple wiring errors were discovered, including incorrect motor phasing and wrongly connected cables. As a result, modules inside the spindle were damaged. These issues were identified by qualified service technicians during installation.Despite these findings, the company refused to accept responsibility and even threatened legal action over a remaining balance of approximately €500, while a substantive dispute regarding the work and resulting damage is still ongoing.Due to the extreme cost increase, long turnaround time, and technical errors, I cannot recommend this company and would not do business with them again.
