Quick money for Spin Doctor. I had a poor service from one of the engineers from Spin Doctor. The washing machine is leaking I couldn’t figure out what went wrong. I called them for a quick repair for £118. The engineer turned up and pulled out the integrated washing machine. He claimed there is a hole in the drum and beyond economical repair. The washing machine has been working for 3 years and I asked how it could possibly get damaged with a big hole in the drum. The response I got was “wear and tear”. After the engineer left, I investigated the leak from the washing machine. I noticed the leak comes with the hose pipe connected to the washing machine. I tested the machine on a drain cycle for 10 minutes and no leak coming out from the machine. I sent the video of the leaking hose pipe while the washing machine is working. I rang them to have it replaced. Sadly, the woman on the phone insisted the drum is damaged and beyond economical repair and refuse to send any man to replace to leaking hose pipe. This is not what I expected. Totally unprofessional, nothing resolved and money wasted. To be fair, I had used spin doctor before and it wasn’t as bad as this. But when there’s a problem, they refuse to acknowledge it and fix it.
