I had an incredibly disappointing experience with customer service. I called for a dishwasher repair and paid £106 for the call-out, labor, and VAT. I was informed that parts would cost extra, but then told they didn't have the necessary control panel parts and wouldn't install a new dishwasher either. I felt scammed, as no labor was completed. Additionally, the receptionist was rude and unhelpful.
When our dishwasher malfunctioned on December 22nd, I was quite anxious! The technician came the next day and explained why repairing it was not feasible due to the cost of parts. I opted for a new dishwasher, and another technician arrived on Christmas Eve to install it! I couldn't be happier with the service from both technicians and the helpful staff on the phone. Everyone was polite, friendly, and efficient, and the company should take pride in their excellent team!

We called for a washing machine repair. The call-out fee advertised was misleading. After entering my postcode, I was quoted a price, but when I called, it increased by £30 due to a 'website issue.' The technician came for just 5 minutes and said the machine couldn't be repaired, suggesting I buy a new one from them. They then added a £168 charge for installation, delivery, and removal. This experience was disappointing, and I will seek my washing machine elsewhere. The staff were friendly, but the pricing issues were unacceptable.
I wish my experience had been positive, but it was quite the opposite. The service seemed more concerned with money than customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this service at all. The customer service was poor, among other issues. If I could give zero stars, I would, but I'm giving one star for returning my call without resolving my issue. Avoid this service!
