I rated it 4 stars mainly due to the longer shipping times, although I understand the challenges of logistics. Communication has also been a bit slow. However, I have no issues with the product itself, as I'm already seeing positive results, especially from my significant other. My rating could improve over time if I have the opportunity for a re-evaluation.
