I couldn’t decide if I needed a medium or a large because I’m in between sizes. I ordered a medium and it’s just too small to comfortable Velcro around my waist. I reached out to exchange my spine fit for a large and they sent it to me no questions asked. Very solid product and company
They are very detail-oriented when it comes to service. I made a mistake with my waistline measurement, but they responded very quickly and were extremely considerate.

I rated it 4 stars mainly due to the longer shipping times, although I understand the challenges of logistics. Communication has also been a bit slow.
