I would rate this service a zero if possible. I ordered a manual wheelchair online and was assured multiple times that it would require a signature upon delivery. However, the wheelchair never arrived, and I was charged the full price anyway. I was informed that the wheelchair was delivered, but no one mentioned the signature requirement. I was shocked to learn they often leave high-value wheelchairs unattended. After spending $3600, I still have no wheelchair and am being told there's nothing they can do. The sales representative and the manager I dealt with were incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. Having been permanently disabled since birth, I've ordered many wheelchairs over the years from another provider, but now both have lost my business. I strongly advise anyone in need of a wheelchair or disability assistance to avoid this service. They are truly lacking in customer care and only seem focused on profit.
