I would rate this service a zero if possible. I ordered a manual wheelchair online and was assured multiple times that it would require a signature upon delivery. However, the wheelchair never arrived, and I was charged the full price anyway. I was informed that the wheelchair was delivered, but no one mentioned the signature requirement. I was shocked to learn they often leave high-value wheelchairs unattended. After spending $3600, I still have no wheelchair and am being told there's nothing they can do. The sales representative and the manager I dealt with were incredibly unprofessional and dishonest. Having been permanently disabled since birth, I've ordered many wheelchairs over the years from another provider, but now both have lost my business. I strongly advise anyone in need of a wheelchair or disability assistance to avoid this service. They are truly lacking in customer care and only seem focused on profit.
This chair is excellent. It’s my second purchase. It's comfortable and spacious, and really helps with getting up! The ordering process was easy, with a wide range of colors and materials. They are a bit pricey, but the chair's quality is worth it, and I appreciated being able to choose my in-home warranty. The white glove delivery was a key factor for me, and they kept me updated on my order's progress.
Avoid this provider as they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. I regrettably purchased a wheelchair after multiple discussions with one of their representatives. The lack of response was frustrating, and when I finally reached a manager, they claimed it was too late to return the chair. This situation has deeply affected my life, and I feel let down by a service that should prioritize disabled customers.
Navigating the website was simple while reordering replacements for previously purchased items. The costs for the wheelchair cushion were reasonable, but the cover was almost as expensive as the cushion itself. It took nearly a month before they could even ship the items, which is quite frustrating for someone in need.
