I bought my car on 22nd Nov 2025. during couple of drives I found issue with AC so I raised a request in the app somewhere in Jan 2026, took the car to the said garage on 10th Jan they said that it will be fixed in a day or two, then they said they could not fix it and car is sent to Honda service center, now since then every time i try to get any update, i am told that the part is not available, or it is in transit, Friday 30th of Jan i was told that the part has arrived and by Monday or Tuesday I will get my car, now Yesterday 3rd Feb I got an update that the part has not arrived yet, my car is still in the service center when i asked if they can release my car and I will take it when the part arrives they don't respond at all. I had asked for the same thing in 24th Jan and i was told that the car will be ready by 28th so lets wait. not sure whats going one. and if any of my car parts are replaced / damaged who is going to take the responsibility ?
