Even though it is unfortunate that the car had an issue within 10 days. The initial response was really bad, but once escalated Nishank really helped by providing updates and was almost transparent.. hope the car does not face any issue again..

Worst experience I have ever had with any car company. Spinny is all marketing and zero actual service. They make big promises about quality checks and customer satisfaction, but in reality it feels like once they get your money, they simply don’t care.
The entire process was stressful, misleading, and completely disappointing. Communication was poor, support was useless, and resolving issues felt like begging for basic service. This is not a professional company experience — it felt like dealing with people who just want to close a sale and disappear.
I genuinely regret choosing Spinny. It was a complete waste of time, energy, and trust. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from them to stay away unless you want frustration and headaches. Extremely poor and unacceptable experience.
This gentlemen Nishank is gem , you should keep these type of people in your team, he resolved the issue in 5 minutes which was pending since 15 days.

I bought my car on 22nd Nov 2025. during couple of drives I found issue with AC so I raised a request in the app somewhere in Jan 2026, took the car to the said garage on 10th Jan they said that it will be fixed in a day or two, then they said they could not fix it and car is sent to Honda service center, now since then every time i try to get any update, i am told that the part is not available, or it is in transit, Friday 30th of Jan i was told that the part has arrived and by Monday or Tuesday I will get my car, now Yesterday 3rd Feb I got an update that the part has not arrived yet, my car is still in the service center when i asked if they can release my car and I will take it when the part arrives they don't respond at all. I had asked for the same thing in 24th Jan and i was told that the car will be ready by 28th so lets wait. not sure whats going one. and if any of my car parts are replaced / damaged who is going to take the responsibility ?
