I urge you to stay away! I've reached out three times via email asking to close my account due to gambling issues, and I've received no response! After waiting over a week, I'm told I need to upload all my documents... ID, bank account, etc. WHY??? I just want to close it, and they shouldn't require this information. Such tactics put people in danger.
