The live chat promised daily that support would contact me “very soon.” Seven days later—nothing. No email, no explanation, just silence. I spend hundreds weekly on this site and never expected such treatment. Each day I sought clarity, only to receive empty promises. I felt completely ignored. My interaction with the representative was especially disappointing. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. The explanations provided contradicted earlier information, making me feel misled.
