The support is rude and takes forever to respond, there was a glitch when trying to purchase gc package and my sc was not credited to my account and I had taken screenshots for proof and danica the support agent was everything but helpful. I hope they get shut down
I truly believe that this platform has the power to control your odds of winning .how they do it like many other plstforms.they are letting you win a little bit at a time but have capped rtp capped as in their is a threshold of how much you can win. Mine would be around 300$ after thst not one single dime is returned until thst 300$ is gone that's on every single game.i suggest you save your money because they are truly going to get you hooked then take all your money..........
Has been a staple in my bag of sc casino go to's for awhile now, very all around consistency and good customer service make this site standout. Redeeming process is pretty solid but maybe could be more consistent with the speed part of it but they do pay up.
Negative 5 Stars, I mistakenly bought a 25$ coin package and wanted a refund or placed on sc, they said you make a mistake, no refund, no making right. Stephanie said she was the highest point to message back when I asked for a refund and have a good day and disconnected me. What a b..... this game I play all the time, well I'm closing my account looking for somewhere else understands my issue when I have one. DON'T PLAY THIS PLATFORM UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!
