I greatly underestimated the issues with this site and regret my decision to play here for several reasons. I received an email about Thanksgiving sales, stating that with a purchase, I would qualify for daily sales until December 1. After making the necessary purchase, I was shocked not to receive the promised sale the following day. When I reached out to customer support, I thought it would be a simple solution, but this site lacks a VIP program or any rewards system. They mentioned a 'tier' system, but I learned I didn’t meet the requirements to access these promotions. The customer service is utterly disappointing; they promote sales to lure you in but fail to deliver on their promises. I advise against depositing here as they seem incapable of running a proper operation.
