I am a seasoned slot player and I play often. Mostly online. As a verified reviewer for trust pilot I review a lot of online casinos. It is important to me to give a honest and thorough review of the selected casino because I too own my own business and very much believe in honesty and fairness. Spin quest is a brand new site for me and I'm going to tell you the experience I've had thus far. First off they gave an excellent sign on bonus more than most. Secondly I very much enjoyed the selection of games their platform has and I liked the simplicity of the redemption process and how easy it was to navigate on this platform thus far. I was very lucky considering it was my first time on this platform hitting over $500. I put my redemption in and it was a very simple process. It was not complicated at all to get verified so I'm leaving my reviews star number at a three but will most definitely put it at a 5 after receiving my redemption in a timely fashion. I I'm leaning towards this being a pleasant experience it has been so far but either way I will update you immediately after finding out what I've experienced and will give you a 100% truthful review.
Update: no change in my redemption status it is still pending.
I will change it to a 5 when I get my redemption. I love the site and they give a good daily bonus. I am just super disappointed as to the fact that your very first redemption with them has to be ACH transfer. I thought it was instant like advertised. So anyone here saying I got the button and it was there NOT ON YOUR FIRST REDEMPTION!! I review every site that I play on and I’m always fair and honest. All this site has ever done is rob me blind an my stupid azz can't get enough of it SMH. I keep thinking this time has to be the time, I can't lose every single time. I win everywhere else but here. And no every single time I think I can't possibly lose again lol but then I do. I can even play the same game non stop for weeks and still never get the bonus round just 100% loss every single time dead spins are thriving here. They lure you in with their low redemption threshold but I'm not even kidding I can play 100 dollars here into one game and it just quickly drain me to zero every time. And I can spend 20 bucks anywhere else and play it into 200 easy.
This sight is not fair play and you could never ever convince me otherwise. All the red flags are present that this site is using adaptive RTP.
The one time I played space coins 40 cent spins hundreds and hundreds of dollars into it coins filled as high as they go and still took almost two weeks of playing. Bonus round finally came and paid out $7.40. Such a rip off. Whoever runs this one is just a greedy pos. Because they sure aren't using all the money they're hoarding by cheating all the players on any new games . This one should be shut down. Honestly don't know how they're not lawsuits flying on this one. They claim RNG but can't prove it. Sketchy sketchy. I give up on this one. I don't mind losing, it's the nature of the game. But for how much I've spent to never win is atrocious. I'm going to post all my game play recordings on YouTube so every one can see how ridiculous this one is.
Well, this is my first redemption after months of making attempts at being profitable from this site. I like the layout, gaming options, and the consistent daily promo sweep coins. HOWEVER, I just don't understand how a redemption can be in a "pending" status for more then 24 hours... There are so many sweeps casino's out there that offer redemption's within 24 hours, if not instant. When I buy sweeps coins, I can't place my payment in a "pending" status because they expect their money immediately. So, when it comes time for me to collect my redemption, I feel that the same respect should be given. Sadly, this redemption has taken far to long in my opinion and I'm taking the time to document the experience here for everyone to see.

My redemption amount is $700. It does say that you have to use your bank for the first redemption and that it could take 2-5 business days to complete. But again, with other companies considering their players as a priority, redemption times are generally very quick because if the player has money to play with, they will play. It's been 5 days and I'm sitting at home broke thinking about why I decided to choose SpinQuest when I can play the same games and get my redemption quicker on other sites.
With all that being said, I will update this review as updates are given to me. Hopefully, my redemption get's completed soon. If it does, I will gladly change my review to a higher rating. Until then, may this be a warning to anyone who is considering playing on this site. I'm optimistic it'll be completed today... Wish me luck!

Customer support is great, and I genuinely believe they want to respond appropriately and assist. I’m not going to rag on employees when it has nothing to do with them. With all that being said, the online casino is just so absolutely rigged beyond belief. Do yourself a favor, don’t even bother signing up and just go to a real casino.
There’s a difference between losing, and then losing to absolutely absurd probabilities that fall in between 11 and one million chance of happening. You’ll get a generic response about RNG’s and such, the same story you’ll get from every online casino.
If you actually do the real math, you’ll see situations that are practically impossible to happen. I had two sessions, in which 16 straight hands were lost in Blackjack. That’s right, twice, two separate times, 16 straight hands. The odds of that happening are in the 0.00004%. Not a push mixed it, straight up, legit, 16 straight. In 50 straight hands, it was 6/50 during stretch. That’s a 0.01% chance of happening, perfect basic strategy drops that even lose to around 0.0079%.
Believing in RNG changes the statistics to ve even LOWER of happening considering that each result is allegedly separate from each other, unlike a real casino where the true count could be highly against you, you’d still need 200,000 plus hands to even remotely come close to potentially having a run like that. RNG is suppose to eliminate that for both sides.
The math is so blatantly impossible. It’s a shame that people like Bluff and Brettski are promoting and getting paid to advertise such a money stealing business model that is designed not for entertainment, but for sucking the life out of people. If you’re looking to play for fun, you’ll get decent customer support. If you’re looking for a fair site across the board, avoid this at all costs.
So first off it's false advertisement to begin with it's not instant redeems. At least not the first time. They're going to verify your account that you pay from which is stupid and then it's going to take 3 to 5 days for you to get paid that's ignorant. There's no reason to verify an account that I'm paying you from you have no problem taking the money but you don't want to pay it. This is if you can win anything at all because it's damn near impossible. I've been playing there for a while I've won one time and it's taken 3 to 5 days to get the money because they have to verify the exact same account that I pay from make that make sense. And if it happens to fall on a weekend or close to a weekend you can count those two days in as well because they don't do redeems on the weekend which is even more stupid. Every one of these damn sweepstakes casinos is the exact same they do nothing but cheat and lie and get away with it every single one of them this one's no different
Edit to add that even though they approved the redeem payout and marked it as successful I still haven't received the money. They say it takes another 24-48 hours to clear my bank which is garbage. My bank posts deposits immediately when they receive them. This platform is full of lies and deception so play at your own risk but know if you win the first time will take at least one week to get paid. It's only $125 not a fortune. I imagine if I won big it would take a month to get.

Well tonight was the 3rd time i gave this site a chance. I believe I've made 5 coin purchases altogether. Game play was consistently boring, dismal, disheartening right up to the pathetic end. Just come from there to share my insight.
I had left some critical feedback through chat for support about the site , my thoughts and my game play. I had like 8 SC left after that and went back to game play. I ended my final session with Spin quest with around 40 dead spins in a row at .20 cents a spin. And that was was typical of every session i played there.
It really stands out when you glance over one's game play history how bad it actually was.. They say built by players for players. Well I can't help feeling i am the one who got played. And i wouldn't suggest anyone play there or recommend them.
The way i see it is you got a few chances to make a good first impression, where loyalty and willingness to purchase evolve. Thats it, ""after all is it not the casino that always wins in the long run."".
Well in the short run you got all my money , I wasn't impressed and quite frankly it's YOUR LOSS.
Im an avid player . I have ,or do or will play on every site out there. I play every day. Not to many of them have a clue how to nurture loyalty and good standings. They self destruct out of greed and ignorance.
Its a nice site, supports great, game library or provider options is lackluster , but it all boils down to game play. It sucked, was no fun, and there are other places for me to try. They get the same shot i gave these guys.
And im not bashing Spin Quest. Im just a hard core sweep casino critic who tells it like it is. RTP ranks right up there with the worst I've seen. It literally sucked. Put it where the sun don't shine Spin Quest.
I’ve won quite a bit from spin quest, definitely a little room for improvement, however no technical issues thus far. Easy to pay and play and just as easy to cash out. Just missing a rewards/level tier system to keep things rewarding and enjoyable. Keep it up!! :)
Love the craps and bubble craps, would love to have known about the tax implications of sweepscoins casinos prior to joining though. Do some research before joining is all I recommend.
I'ma give this site 3 stars, it would be 0 stars if hadn't got lucky and got most of my money back, I've played hours on hours on hours, one time for 2 days strait. Their new crapless craps is the biggest scam I've ever seen, I lost over half of what I had to "tech issues" and so did almost everyone that was there, to elaborate we were all kicked from game on a good roll only to not be able to return to the game and remove our bets untill a 7 came and we all lost everything to witch their "support" told us all to fu*k off. Also each time a 7 rolls on a decent roll it looks really weird ...like green screen weird. I don't trust the legitimacy of this site anymore. I'ma try to cash out the 900sc I have left and see how it goes, my bet as a gambling man is I never see it and I'll be back here to go to 0 stars
