HORRIBLE REDEMPTION PROCESS. Instant redemption has been down since I signed up. Did the ACH withdrawal on Monday, waited two days and got an email that it failed. Reached out to support, and they told me it was a “system glitch”, they apologized, told me to resubmit and I’d get my money within 24 hours. Followed all rules, again got an email the next day that it was declined.No one knows why, and no one is helping. This has been a horrible process so far.
